London Marathon
In 2026, Sally will be taking on the London Marathon in support of Cancer Research UK.
She is running in memory of her wonderful mum, who remains with her always, and her dear friend Maryam. She is also running to celebrate those close to her who have survived cancer. Thanks to the research, treatment and care that continue to save lives every day.
Nearly 1 in 2 people will receive a cancer diagnosis in their lifetime. It is a cause that touches us all in some way, and one that makes the work of Cancer Research UK so vital.
Through this challenge, Sally hopes to raise funds to support the charity’s pioneering, life-saving research. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference.
